Waking up too early?
Every single morning Im waking up at around 3 am and I cant get back to sleep. I feel very awake but then Im exhausted a couple hours later. It sucks. What can I do?
Answers:
Stop drinking soda and coffee after 8 p.m. Unless you have anxiety, hunger, or thirst, you should be able to go back to sleep. Keep a book by the bed on history or something else you don't really love...works for me.....and quit going back on YA at 3 a.m.
