Question: How do i quit chewing tobacco?
alright well it's not that i must have nicotine it's in my mind. the times i dip most.
1. after i eat
2. when im at work
3. when im playing xbox 360 with friends
4. when im riding to town or just riding around. when im home i don't dip very much i can even go over a week without a dip without withdraws or cravings but when im doing either one of those 4 things i just die for a dip. if i don't dip it makes the days longer and i just crave the taste i dip grizzly wintergreen if i had something that tasted like wintergreen i would be fine but i don't know what i can get.. thanks for your answers !

Try the spearmint or peppermint gum. You could also try some of the beef jerky chew that you can use as a dip substitute. It doesn't sound as if nicotine addiction is the main problem, so the nicorette gum, lozenges, or patches would probably be of little use.
