How do you get out of a funk? Just feeling anxious...?
Anxiety and being tired have made me feel weak and ready to just crawl into bed. If that were an option, I'd be there. Anyway, do you know any fast ways to get back to an energetic, more relaxed state? Herbal...drugs... whatever?
