I heard that teens need at least 9 hours of sleep every night. Try to keep a good sleeping routine so that you don't get tired easier. Don't sleep late on weekends or else your body suffers from a sort of jet lag. Naps should be 30 minutes to an hour or your body goes into what's called sleep inertia and remains tired for some time afterwards. :)
