I have an infected ear and it hurts :C?

So i went swimming for 3 hours, then my friends dad put chlorine in the pool. a lot. we kept swimming for another hour. Then the next day we swam for 4 and the next day 1 and 1/2. My right ear is killing me and it kept popping while i was swimming. It hurts to chew on that side. I have some ear drops from a long time ago but it hurts!! Anyway to make the pain relax for a little while? HELP!

Thanks you guys you have been really helpful, but i can't hear anything in my ear now. I put some ear drops in 15 mins ago and then sat up and now everything is muted on the right. doesn't hurt as bad though :D

try putting some rubbing alcohol in it. It won't burn, but it will get rid of that excess water in your ear.
