A friend of mine broke both of his arms in a fall from an rope slide?
He now has to wear a brace across both of his arms. My question is this; How the hell does he wipe his pucker? Any suggestions would be very welcome!

He must pull the loo roll with his teeth, leaving a long roll of it, at which point he turns his back to it, gets up close, and does "the Macarena"! oooyyyyy!
