My legs hurt please help me,any doctors out there?
at the age of 16 my knees really started to hurt me the pain would go on for hours then stop it was like this twice a week.the doctor told me it was growing pains.i went to specialist and he said my bones had grown quicker than my muscles and could give me an operation to streach them but would have to cut my legs from top to bottom and leave me with scares right down my legs.which was a no no i am now 35 and the pains a more often and go from top to bottom of my legs and taking strong pain killers.in the past 2 weeeks finding it very difficult to walk up stairs.im fine on flat ground.is there an operation now which could be done by key hole surgery.im in pain help please.

im no doctor, but what about exercising to strenghten your muscles and bones. but thinkin about it, that might be too painfull!
