Question:
Toes && hip cracking??
Whenever I walk my big toes crack regularly... i can't help it, but what do you think this is from?
Also-- my hips are starting to crack or pop now and then when i move my leg around.. why is this?
I am a teenager and i play on a competitive traveling soccer team, and excercise regularly.. could this be causing it?
