Did i leave the ice on too long?
I was icing my leg cuz i have shin splints but i think i left it on too long. Now ther are red spots on my leg where the ice was and its not going away. what do i do?

How long did you actually leave it on for? I think you'll be ok b/c my skin usually turns red after icing as well. Just massage it, and it should go back to normal within half an hour.
