What seven things could I do daily to improve my health?
All suggestions welcome! I'm thinking healthy eating, exercise...but what other small steps could I take to help me be healthier?
And I've chosen the number 7 because I think it's a good number of 'daily' things to work towards! But if you only want to suggest one thing, that's fine too.
Answers:
1-drink more water to flush out toxins
2-eat at least 5 portions of fruit and veg and cut out most crap
3-have a brisk walk for about 30 mins a day
4-brush your body daily with a natural bristle brush to remove dead skin cells and improve circulation thus eliminating cellulite
5-home cook your food so your not eating a load of additives and preservatives
6-have a good clean through the house getting rid of any mess/clutter and get in every nook and cranny with the duster and hoover every so often
7-treat yourself to something little every so often to keep yourself feeling good.
