Tingling on forehead and feeling dizzy?!
Question: Tingling on forehead and feeling dizzy?
Answers:
Stress can be the cause of this to happen only in that one normally tightens up body muscles during stress to cause other problems to happen. When your neck muscles get tight they restrict everything going in and out of your head, including the blood. When there is a reduced blood flow to the brain you will have a lowered oxygen level there as well. You will know when your oxygen level had dropped when you feel very tired. If the level drops more you will get dizzy, light headed. And if it drops more you will pass out. Because the neck muscles go to the top of your head where they connect to muscles going around your head they can be causing the head muscles to tighten up as well which can be pulling slightly where the muscles anchor to the head for that tingling sensation you are feeling. to get rid of these problems you have to free up your neck muscles and here's how to do that:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about one minute, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
