Any suggestions on sunburns!?!

Any suggestions on sunburns!?

I was out in the sun for about 3 hours yesterday, and now Im in terrible pain, mainly on my shoulders, from a sunburn. I was hoping someone had some suggestions on what I might could put on it to take the heat out of it and help with the soreness.

You can use aloe vera or I like to use Mary Kay's Night emollient! Works great!
