Did I Pull My Hamstring???

Pkay Guys I Dont Realyy Know What It Is But Me And My Friends Where Just Racing For Fun YOu Know Running and then at the end i felt something in leg stretchand it still hurts today...oh yeah it happend yesterday

yeah it sounds like you may have pulled it or just strained it pretty good so just don't be doing any running untill it's full healed or any real physical activity just take it easy rest it and putting some muscle creams on there can help relax it so don't force it cause don't want to do any further damage cause if you try to keep on forcing it you could tear it which takes months to heal so just take it easy and if you ice it that can help aswell with the healing process and if it's a pulled hamstring it will take 2-4 weeks to fully heal sometimes longer depending on the severity just take ( GOOD ) care of it and you will be fine and oh yeah be sure to some sort of warmup or stretch before running lol
