Any health pros out there? My Mom passed away in March due to neglegence at the nursing home.?

She had pneumonia, a severe uti, and her blood was beyond too thin. They didn't give her the antibiotics that were prescribed by the doctor.
Anyhow, she was on blood thinners due to having had 4 strokes in the past. However, she wasn't eating that last week and they gave her an I.V. Does that have any affect on the blood thinner or were they giving her too much blood thinnner and not checking it? When she got to the hospital the doctor said she may have bled to death from just a scratch. Her blood was something like 8 times as thin as normal.
Does anyone have any information on this?
