I worked out on monday and now my arm hurts so bad. what should i do at 2 in the morning to help?
as yesterday went on my arm hurt more and more. I have woken up now in such pain that i cannot sleep. I took 4 advil. I don't want to go to the emergency room.

well i really dont know how advanced you are in working out...but if you dont do it often..then you are just sore...if its just really sore than a vitamin that helps recovery is GLUTAMINE...very cheap at wal mart...if theres something wrong then idk..i would probably say at least go have a doc look!!
