How can i help my small dog?!

How can i help my small dog?

A small dog and a medium sized dog got into a little fight well the small dog got bit but it didnt go thourgh the skin what do i need to do? Do i need to take it to the vet? How can i treat it?

What if the area is red and it looks like a cut!... thats not breakin the skin right?...
Yeah i need to put stuff on it but what if the dog wont let me??..

Edit: If is is just a small scrape, I would put some hydrogen peroxide on it to clean it out after washing with soap and water. If it is in an area that the dog cannot get to to lick (eg. middle of shoulder blades, etc.) I would put some neosporin on it. This has worked for me in the past with my dog. Good luck.
