Soft tissue damage?
I've hurt my arm and the doctor says it's soft tissue damage. What exactly does that mean? Also, does anyone have any idea how long it might take for my arm to get better?

Soft tissue suggests it its either damage to the muscles, tendons, fibrous tissues, fat, blood vessels, neuronal, nerves, and synovial tissues.
I've had this many times in my foot and shoulder!
It should only take a couple of weeks for it to heal, just don't go jumpin in too early (as i did) and cause any further damage!
You should be fine :)
