QME visits and what the heck happens?
I saw a QME doctor in 11/06 & I was told I would be given a reg. doc as soon as the report came in. I have begged and fought since then & finally went today 4 what I thought was a reg. doc. He asked me a few ques. & then said I'll send your attorney a report. No test , no RX nothing. I have waited over 7 months no treatment at all. This felt like another QME visit. I just don't understand what the heck is going on. I have been denied treatment this long, how much longer can the attorney's office possibly go before they are considered legally neglegent in my medical treatment. Please give me some advise if you know anything about the QME or workers comp system. Thanks

I was injured on the job 2 years ago, ( rotator cuff) and nothing was ever done.
The job made it difficult to follow through.
I live in NY so I dont know how things work where you are, but good luck
