It's purple!! :( Help!!?!?

When I was young, my mother told me to not tie strings around my fingers because they would turn purple and fall off. About 7 hours ago i tied a peice of yarn around my penis just to see what would happen. I took it off already, but it has been roughly 40 mins, and my penis is still purple..What should i do do? Will it fall off??
