What can i do for a pulled muscle?

Its in my groin. i did it 4 weeks ago and t still hurts bad.

i got advise from a coach at idaho cheer (wings) and you should take IB profen 3 times a day max dose for 4 days and ice it constantly then after it feels better heat it but dont sleep with a heeting pad it your body wil adjust to it it will probably take 8 wks to heal
