Numbness in my big toe????!

Numbness in my big toe????

All day friday (yesterday), i was wearing pointy shoes with a 2 inch heel. When i took them off yesterday evening, my big toe on the left foot was numb, and had pins and needles.
Now saturday, its still here and i dont now whats wrong with it.

Please help.

Well you did it, those pointy shoes would tighten your toes, would reduce blood flow in those toes, if long enough the the nerves would be affected. In that case the pain, ins and needles and all that jazz will last for three to four days.
Take home lesson, avoid those pointy shoes and you will save you feet and possibly surgery in later life for hammer toes.
