Question: *READ THIS* TWO DAYS AGO i hurt my knee *PLEASE READ*?
it isnt broken i know that but its black and blue, and i cant straghten it(with out it hurting lots) and heres how it happened:
i was biking with my little sister(age 12) and my friend, my friend gave me this shirt i have a pouch thing on the front of my bike, i stuck it between the pouch and my handle bars. i guess the whole time it was falling and it GOT STUCK BETWEEN MY BIKE TIRE AND THE PART HOLDING ONTO THE TIRE. it make me stop all of a sudden and then i flew over my hamdle bars and landed on my knee. so it has a little scrape and a huge broose, i cant make it straiht, well not easily.
sorry thats so long. my question is, what can i do to make it feel better, i've tried ice it doesnt help much. i've tryed pain relivers that helps some. and i've tryed not walking all the way on it.
WHAT ELSE CAN I DO?
*I DONT WANT TO BE TOLD I SHOULDNT HAVE PUTT THE SHIRT THERE, I KNOW! I DIDNT REALIZE THEN.

go see your doctor...if you dont and its messed up really bad they may have to rebrake it to fix it. BELEIVE ME YOU DONT WANT TO GO THROUGH THAT...it happened to me when i was younger.

Go to the doctor! lol, just say you fell off your bike and flipped over the handle bars leave the whole t-shirt part out, it's irrelevant. Doctor's know best, they've spent years studying how to answer your question.

OH WELL it really doesn't matter now how it happened it just happened, so lets deal with the knee, You think the ice isn't helping but it has to be or it would be so swollen, anyway you could eventually get water on the knee lets hope that doesn't happen if it does you'll have to go right away to the ER and they will have to remove it (drain) it. Put your leg on a pillow make it as comfortable as you can and prop it up with pillows so it is above your head, that will keep the blood from going to that injury, that will make it swell, that's why they say to stay off of it and prop it up to keep the blood from rushing to it. Yes stay off your feet, then after you have propped it up properly put ice on it 30 min on and 30 min off, keep doing that, through out the whole day and night. At bed time continue to prop and if you have some pain killers take them, cause at night it tends to get worse, if you have to put ice on it through out the night, Good Luck, Feel Better!!
