Question: Is this a twist or a fracture?

I can't walk, and if i try, it hurts so badly that i have to stop. I doesn't hurt when its not moving or being walked on. Its I've been doing RICE but it's not helping too much. After I take a nice long resting break and get off it, the first 2 or 3 steps don't hurt. I have x-rays done, but i won't have the results soon.

ANkle, no event where it happened, just started to hurt

I kinda have the same problem. My doctor thinks it might be tendinitis. if there is a lot of swelling it could be fractured. Good Luck!
