Should i stop?

i can't stop smoking. i really enjoy it b/c it helps me relax but i know it is bad for me but when i seee other people smoking it makes me want to. and also when people talk about it. i know many peolpe who have smoked and their all fine but i wanna stop for my kids sake...any suggetions how to stop?
