How severe is my elbow damage?
Just yesterday, 06/31/07, i hit my elbow against my guitar, albeit not too hard, but i got this shock down my arm. Now i have numbness in my 5th finger (the 4th finger is not entirely numb). This numbness has persisted for almost 24 hours now. From what i have been reading, it could be ulnar nerve entrapment, but i just feel i really did not hit my elbow that hard to cause this. Should i be worried? If its just caused by the blunt trauma, how long does it take for me to recover normal sensation in my fingers. Thanks in advance!

I wish I had an answer for you...but I dont but I can tell you that I recently hit my elbow, almost 2-3 weeks ago and it is STILL bothering me...and I constantly bang it on things...its horrible, but once you find out what did it to yours, I sure as heck will be happy to get mine fixed up a little bit...
