My ankle has been sprained for 4 months!?
the swelling and pain has gone down a lot but not completely...whats wrong?!?!?! what do i do!?!?!

4 Months? Hmmm...I sprained mine too...took about a month for it to go down to almost normal...maybe another month for it go completely down. Are you in a lot of pain or what? Did you see a Doctor when it first happened? It can take months to completely heal...as I do know mine took at least 6 months for all pain to be completely gone. So keep that in mind. But don't hesitate to have a Doc look at it if you are really concerned.
