Getting back into your regular sleeping pattern?!

Question:

Getting back into your regular sleeping pattern?

Okay, I'm one of those people who stay up really late at night...reading, watching tv, playing on the computer, ect.

For the past month, I've been staying up until 6 am or later. Recently, I've discovered that I can't get to sleep unless it's around or later than 7 in the morning. This is really messing me up, and it's making me sick because I'm really not getting enough sleep. I can't sleep in the day time...the light bothers me, and I'm not one to take naps, either.

So, my question is this: how do I get back into my regular sleeping pattern?

I would usually go to bed around 12am during the school year and wake up at 7.

I've tried going to sleep before 7, listening to relaxing music, drinking tea, ect. Nothing seems to work. So, what do you all think?

Answers:

Try going to back to bed at your regular time but this time take some calcium and mineral tablets or capsules with warm milk. Also keep the room dark as it induces sleep. Make it a point to go to sleep like you did when going to school only remember to take your calcium and mineral tablets or capsules and you should be okay. Try and stay away from colas, coffee or candy or anything that may have caffeine as that will keep you awake. Don't take the colas, coffee or candy for about fours hours before bed. Good Luck!!!
