This might sound wierd..i think it is but thats me...
Like when i am just sittingdown and watching T.V or somthing my right leg on the back of it right below the thigh kinda(if thats how u spell it) starts to like twitch!!!
Can any1 explain that please?????!!!!!

And i don't work and It dosn't hapen when i am sitting in 1 particular chair
it happens in diferent chairs...

Adjust your sitting position, it sounds like you may be sitting on a nerve causing the twitch. you might try sitting in a different chair see if that helps, also do some stretches of the ham string, that's the large muscle in back of your leg from your thigh to your knee/
