Sleeping help?!

Sleeping help?

i need to get to sleep. as soon as possible.

sleeping pills are not an option.
any other ideas?


Answers:

Some sleep aids that may help (don't use them all together):

Melatonin, about an hour before you go to bed
Calcium tablet, or a glass of milk
Chamomile tea
Hops or Valerian (get in the vitamin section or pharmacy or health food store)
Try some yoga stretches
Warm bath with lavender essential oil
