Best way to lose the crick in my neck?

I guess last night I must have slept in a wrong position, because now I cant turn my head to the left w/o crying out in pain becuause of a sore neck muscle.Whats the best way to ease the pain?


Answers:

Try this... after your bath, set on the toilet and hang your head between your knees..BREATH in and out in long slow breaths, RELAX...until you can feel the weight of your head trying to pull your head toward the floor.. hold that relaxed state a few breaths..then inhale deeply as you set back up... repeat a few times..[this takes some time]

If that don't give you some relief ...try this..[again, this takes some time]
kneel down on the floor, fold your body over your knees, and relax into your breath..your head will want to reach the floor ether to the left , or right, depending on the side that is tensed up... on That side, move your knee out apart from the other, and let your head find its own place..INHALE and rise up, breath, relax, and repeat a few time.. [you should get to a point where your knee wont have to be shifted, the, hold the achieved position for a few breathes..]
