Back (sciatic) problems?
Does anyone know what alternative treatments are available for sciatic problems. I alreay had micro disectomy to remove a herniated disk. My right leg/foot is still somwhat numb and weak. I am only 28 years old and want to fix te problem. I have heard of some alternative exercises (egatsu or something). I have seen chiropractors and just started acupunture. Any advise is appreciated.
