Shoulder pain?!

Shoulder pain?

Hi, I worked out earlier today
and when i tried to go to sleep
all of a sudden, this dull pain hit my right shoulder
the pain is painful enough to keep me from sleeping
any suggestions on how to fix it?

any way to stop the pain?
i've taken aleve already and it hasn't done much
also tried ice in a plastic bag
