i just noticed this pain when i looked up to stretch under my chin, i felt and it was like a little ball a little painful. Im 16 i dont smoke or drink but yesterday i did develop a cold sore under my lip and its pretty big just wondering if that has anything to do with it..

Don't listen to the people who say cancer.
It's most likely a cold or virus going through your body. These tend to make your lymph nodes swell and hurt occasionally. Nothing serious.
My sister had a similar thing when she had the flu. Just ice it to make the swelling go down.
