Answers:

I know you said no pills but ibruprofen is the best thing for it.
Research shows that taking up to 4 ibruprofen a day whilst on your period will make your period lighter, shorter and less painful.

When at home you can use hot water bottles and take hot baths, but at school the only thing you can really do is bare it or take some pain killers

When I'm experiencing cramps during class I try my best to simply relax. Try some slow deep breathing, it helps take the edge off.

Also, I'll massage my ovaries (which might sound weird, but totally helps!). What I do is locate where my cramps are coming from, which is usually between my hips, and knead the area in a circular motion.

Sometimes walking it off helps, or doing stretches.

Make sure your diet is sufficient in Omega3 Fatty Acids and Magnesium, and that you're hydrated!
These can help prevent cramps from happening in the first place. :)

Finally, if I'm at home and have cramps, I'll grab the heating pad and stick that sucker over the area that pains me. THAT is my swear-by.

Hope this helps!

Experience.

I eat strawberries and I dont cramp as bad. It may sound stupid but it really works for me. There's a pms shake thats supposed to help with cramps and it has strawberries too. You should be able to find it on the doctors (like the show) website. The strawberries dont help instantly so start eating them couple days before its time. There's also some pms cramp portable heating pad thing you attach to your underwear that works really good, they are just hard to find.

Have them severe thats why I eat strawberries. I use the pads too
