Why does the bottom left of my face feel a little numb/tingly?!

Question: Why does the bottom left of my face feel a little numb/tingly?
I am 22 years old and pretty healthy I'd say. I'm 5 feet tall and at a good average 107 lbs for my height. But recently, maybe twice now, within 2 weeks of each, I've had a little tiny bit of a numb, tingly feeling in the left bottom side of my face near my chin. I don't feel weird anywhere else in my body, but it's just happened twice now. The 2nd time was after a 30 min. run at the gym. I don't run that often, but I am trying to get into shape. I hope (I'm just thinking worst case scenario) this isn't some form of a stroke! Can anyone help me and tell me what might be going on? Thank you!

P.S. If it does help anyone with an answer, the only medication I'm on is birth control (Yaz)

Sometimes anxiety or stress may cause tingling, minor numbness in the face, hands or feet.
If never evaluated, best to get checked by your health care provider.
As a nurse, I canot diagnose, but your young age and weight are in your favor.
Any weakness, not tingling, in a body part, however, should be checked immediately.
Best to you. RN in Ca.

Can be anything from a dental issue to Bells Palsy (5th cranial nerve damage/irritation) to a stroke to nothing.

See a doctor.
