im sorry im no former smoker but my grandfather is. he claims it is very hard since he has been smoking since age 14. now what he does is when he feels the urge to smoke he eats a mint that he keeps with him. he gave us (we live an hour away from him) his cigarettes cuz of how far away we live. idk if it will work 4 u but stop b4 u have all the health problems he duz
