Yeah those sound fine. I would reccomend stretching if you're sore and maybe going for a short easy jog. That always helps me become less sore and loosens u up.
Rather than stretching, you can pandiculate your way out of soreness and stiffness in muscles.
Just ask Fido... that's how healthy vertebrate animals do it naturally.
