My fingers are sometime numb?!

My fingers are sometime numb?
now and then like months whenever i try move my finger and then movie it down it froze like it wont move for like a second and move again. is that normal?

Indeed that has happened to me before. But when I was working alot with my hands. It felt as if my finger was locked downward for a moment. As for numbness? I had that as well and it was carpal Tunnel syndrome. I had surgery and got my feeling back again. Repetive movements of the hand can cause this. its very common. Even typing can cause it.
