Is muscle switching bad?
A little muscle on my sholder is twitching and it's been doing it for about an hour now. Is it bad and how can i make it stop.

It's probably nothing. Your muscle is telling you it's not happy. Just relax, massage it a bit, move your arm around a bit if that feels better. It will be better in the morning.
