Well sometimes it can be your bed. I would prefer a non-springy bed and also i would also prefer sleeping on your side or flat on your stomach. It helps me go to sleep. Sleep with two pillows too. It also can help make your head and neck secure and relaxed :) i hope this helps.
It depends : did you change your matrice or pillow or a routine? cause if you changed any of these you might have trouble sleeping, otherwise it can be hormonal changes too ,especially if you are in a premenopause phase (ps: no offense dont know your age:)
Try not having caffene 2 hours before bed, and not eating 2 hours before bed. that could be your problem. it can also be to muc on your mind.
