Internal pains?
I've been having some pretty harsh pains in my lower abdomen and i'm not quite sure what they are. It feels like i'm being stabbed somewhere near my bladder and womb and the pain runs up all the way to my ribs like lightning. I have no idea what it is and if i should see a doctor. Might anyone have a clue as to what it is?

You could have a cyst on your ovary, appendicitis (check for fever & nausea), urinary tract infection etc. You should really go to the ER if you are in severe pain.
