being paralzed, I have this freind who got in a car accident and she is paralzed from the waist down but has some feeling in them will she walk again and can someone please explain to me why she cant move in detail

Quick answer:
No one will be able to say for certain whether she will walk again. These things are very individual.
The short answer as to why she can't move is because she has damage to her spinal cord and nerves. The nerves are the way by which the brain tells parts of our body to move. If they are damaged, the signals from the brain cannot get down to her legs. Therefore she can't move her legs. Also, some nerves carry sensory (feeling) information and some carry motor (movement) information and some carry both. If she has some feeling in her legs, it is possible that some of the nerves were not damaged or were damaged less.
So if her nerves/spinal cord repair enough, she could walk again. If not, she may not walk again.
