While intoxicated what causes...?
Ive always wondered this, How come while intoxicated ones eyes are almost half shut even while fully awake? Also, How come if your drunk and in a fight you cant feel pain? Ive always wondered these things. On my 21st birthday i got in a fight with my buddy when he tryed to drive home and i took his keys and he punched me in the back of the head. I fell but it dident hurt at all. Other then then i have been drunk in nearly 4 years.

this is a very interesting question, one of those "makes you go hmmmm". From personal experience I can tell you that the alcohol makes some people go into a euphoric state of mind while some think they are 10 feet tall and bullet proof. I think it just depends on the frame of mind you are in when you start with that first cocktail. Alcohol is a anti-depressant and a mind altering drug as well as pain a killer. A lot of people might not agree with my opinion but ask any alcoholic. As for the eyes half shut, probably because of the relaxation from being buzzed.
