It's not healthy to strain your body. When you're tired, you NEED to sleep. When it is late, you SHOULD sleep. From what you're saying, you have been sleeping on and off and even though you want to wake up early, I think you should just relax and take it slow. You don't necessarily need to sleep but because of the time and you want to get up lake, you just need to rest and relax.
dude its the weekend and if you don't have any obligations just stay up till your tired then go to sleep until your not then do it all over again i think if you entertained yourself for a half hour and drank some herbal tea preferably chamomile and if you have it probably five mg of melatonin then you sleep in nice and good and feel refreshed in the morning
personal experience and lots of restless nights and fun weekends and all nighters
just stay up yo you because if you have to be some where important you really don't want to over sleep you know.
if you feel tired, then go to sleep. dont push yourself to stay up.
