When you have an infection you will also have swollen lymph nodes. You need to see a doctor and get checked for strep or any other infection. I know you didn't mention a sore throat but strep can cause headaches, neck pain, and a flu like feeling.

Those sound like labor pains if you ask me. I've heard that relaxing away from lights and noise help a lot. Aleve does too :)

Seeing a doctor is also naturally a great idea though!

I hope that helps in some way! Answer mine?

Your headache and neck pains are caused by tight neck muscles. The neck muscles go to the top of your head where they connect to muscles that go around the brain. when the neck muscles get tight they pull on the muscles going around the brain and when they go into pain you have your headache. You have tighter muscles on your left side that is pulling on the muscles more on that side. When the muscles going around the brain run out of give you end up with a pain where they are attached to the head, and that one is by your temple to cause that pain. To get rid of these pains you have to free up your neck muscles and here's how to do that:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about one minute, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
You mention your chest and most pains in that area are caused by tight back muscles for they send the pains around the body on the nerves to be pains in the rib, chest or heart areas. Tight back muscles can also press onto the nerves, as they leave the spine, for the organs and that pressure will cause the organs to act up or go into pain. Pressure on the nerves for your ovaries or uterus can cause you extra pain in that area if you have any of that. These pains can be gotten rid of by freeing up your back muscles and here's how to do that:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side. for both- for best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
