Drink a lot of fluids and try to eat something light, such as soup and crackers. You should be fine.

Trying drinking ginger ale or lots of water. That should help you throw up. You may be taking too much ibuprofen. You should only take 3 of those a day to avoid harming the lining of your stomach. If the ginger ale or water doesn't help by just drinking it, then try this. Stand over the toilet, drink as much water as you can before your stomach feels full, bend over a little and push your stomach in right under your boobs. That'll make you vomit for sure. Vomiting is the only way to get everything out of your system. In the future try taking 2 tylenol a day instead of ibuprofen. While ibuprofen is a good pain reliever tylenol works much better with flu symptoms (idk y).

how much did you end up taking in the four hour period? what is your height and weight, most likely you didnt od and its probably flu related
