Why do I get a headache everyday?!

Question: Why do I get a headache everyday?
I have had a headache everyday for the past year.
I was thinking it could be allergy related?
Since I am allergic to cats and dogs maybe?

I also wake up numerous tines throughout the nigt
Which could also be the cause?

I also have some other symptoms :
- random small bruises
-random nose bleeds
-4 swollen lymph nodes for months
- if I get poked it feels like someone has punched me
- my big toe twitches many times everyday
(REALLY WOULD like to know why)
-lactose intolerant
-tired all the time
- dizziness when standing
- cough for months
- had to have oxygen while sleeping when younger

I had a CBC a couple months ago and said everything looked fine which made me think maybe everything is just allergy related
I'm only 18.

Any ideas? Or comments..

Answers:

Thx to above: didn't realize my nosebleed were migraine.

1. Any correlations to menstraul cycle?
2. Are you on any meds?
3. Did they test for Epstein Barr? Do you run a low grade fever in afternoon or find you are too tired to eat, etc. Or need to sleep after trying to shower...?
4. What is your diet like?
5. any lung xrays?
6. do you supplement for calcium in diet?

Not a medical profession --- just too much exposure.

bruises, the getting poked part poked CAN be anemia
nose bleeds, headache everyday, and dizziness CAN be migraines
you can also have sleep apnea, witch could be reasons some of the things going on

i personally think should write down everything thats wrong and go talk to a Dr.

VISIT A NEUROLOGIST( it's in capital letters for a reason) most of these are problems involving the brain and neurologists are the experts in this

I can't definatively answer but I have some ideas that maybe you could look into for the headaches. I get headaches all the time and have since a child. I seem to have grown out of migraines ( thank God ) but get every other kind. I used to get headaches daily and they were over my forehead and cheeks ( were my sinuses are) and it always seemed to be when it was dry out, so I humidified my home air. I got a small humidifier for my bedroom which I got at walgreens for about $25. It uses a plastic bottle, like an empty coke bottle as a resovoir and you can select how humid. On about medium humidity, I woke without headaches and the 20 oz water bottle lasted for a 8 hour nap. I have natural gas heat and would sit pans of water on my radiators in the winter. It didn't take much to help. If I get a headache over the right side of my head, I noticed it seemed to be stress related and I tend to carry that stress in my shoulders, especially my neck ( right side of neck ). So I got a heating pad and a small massager to use over my shoulder area and try to concentrate on RELAXING. Lastly, cluster headaches, I take an exedrin. The mix of the tylenol and caffeine do the trick for me!! Sorry, so long and I have no exact references. I get headaches all the time and researched them over the years. They tend to "classify" headaches but my symptoms vary and I think I get some from each class.

See above!!
