Question: I stepped on a earring!?
i stepped on a earring that was lying on the floor with the sharp point pointing upwards this late afternoon, and the earring went through my foot. i just quickly yanked it out and washed the wound with water. it did not really hurt then. now (night) it feels a little pain and tight when i walk and its red around the wound area. it is also quite pain when i touch the wound area. its just a small puncture hole though. it bled a little only. any suggestions on how i can stop the pain and the tight feeling? and around how long would this take to heal? i have a tetanus jab around 3 years ago....

How long ago did you do this? It's bound to be sore for a while. Probably nothing to worry too much about. Just keep the puncture site clean to avoid infection. It will take over a week to fully heal. Was it your ear ring ? If not just get it checked out.
