Question: Gas in my tummy and it hurts so bad i want to go to the er?!?
about once or twice i week i get horrible gas and gas pains in my stomach... sometimes its so bad i can barely move and i almost black out! right now theres so much air in my stomach i feel like its going to POP and its VERY painful, but normally i "poot" it out every like 5 minutes after a pain but this time its not going anywhere and it HURTS! what do i do??? im going out of town tomorrow i hope i wont have to deal with it!

I have IBS and mostly an intolerance to fructose which causes the insane pain you are describing.
Most the time i cant move when this happens so I imagine it may be difficult for you to do this right now but what I do is use my hands to rub down my stomach and push the gas downwards. If you are doing it hard enough you should hear or feel the gas moving or 'squelching' around. It hurts in some places so I tend to rub down the middle and the sides of my stomach. I usually do this for a bit then try to lay on my stomach for a bit and see if I can pass some gass (sorry for the detail ) or eventually this might make you go to the toilet which will relive some pressure also .

chances are if your cramps are this bad you have a food intolerance or other problem of that kind so it helps to write down what you have eaten in the past 24-48 hrs so you can compare next time it happens and learn to avoid those foods.

You have tight muscles in your back that are pressing onto the nerves going to your stomach to cause it to release some extra gastric acid which is making your stomach churn like that and give you the gas. Freeing up your back muscles will get the pressure off the nerves so this will stop for you and here's how to free up those muscles:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.



Try taking Beano. It helps with the gas. Also, keep track of what it is that you are eating that is causing the gas and avoid eating those foods, especially when going out of town - or at least take Beano before eating them.

You might want to take gasx or beano



lay on your left side with your knees curled up towards your chest. this can be helpful.



Get Kelog's all brand cereal, eat it everyday for a week.
