My hand randomly turned pink?!

Question: My hand randomly turned pink?

I just randomly got out of the shower and one of my hands turned pink when I got out. I tried washing it off and I saw a tiny tint of pink on the paper towel but im not sure what happened to get my hand to be pink. Im pretty sure it wasn't just the hot water from the shower.
